My Quest for Nirvana: Day 18-Pizza Box Skeleton

by thecraftaholic

“We have bigger houses but smaller families:
We have more degrees but less sense;
more knowledge but less judgements;
more experts but more problems;
more medicines, but less healthiness.
We’ve been all the way to the moon and back,
but we have trouble crossing the street
to meet the new neighbour.
We build more computers
to hold more information,
to produce more copies than ever,
but we have less communication.
We have become long on quantity
but short on quality.
These are times of fast foods,
but slow digestion;
tall man, but short character;
steep profits, but shallow relationships.
It is time when there is much in the window
but nothing in the room.”

I’m leaving this quote alone, so you can think about it a bit.
The next time you are in a frenzy to finish a sweater, or altered book project, think about this poem. Quality beats quantity every time. It’s the sure fire answer to any craft project dilema. Slow and steady always wins the race.
I’m always in such a frenzy during the holidays to finish Christmas gifts for everyone. But if I plan ahead, I can take my time and enjoy the process more.
So for today’s project, I do not have pictures, I have a very cool link to an article where my craft project was featured! Cool, right?
It’s a tutorial for a Pizza Box Skeleton!
