Train Spotting and Making Changes
I love the metro transit system here in New York. And I love this photo. One thing it reminds me of, is the fact that the universe always gives us chances and opportunities for us to change and evolve for the better.
As people, we are constantly evolving, constantly changing. It is up to us though, in what direction that change happens. We can allow negative things to absorb our energy, and consume who we are, or we can choose to move forward. It’s not about being blindly positive, it’s about deciding not to focus on the negative things that we cannot control. If there are negative things in your life, you do not have to obsess over it. Simply decide to do something to change it. Sometimes we don’t feel like being happy, and that’s okay. Just focus on what you can do to make positive changes, and follow through with it.
I’m going to end my blog today with a quote from Jerry & Esther Hicks. They are advocates of the Law of Attraction, and I am a big fan of theirs.
“One who is connected to the Energy Stream is more powerful than a million who are not. And two who are harmoniously focused and connected to the Energy Stream brings about a co-creative endeavor that cannot be matched by anything else in all of the Universe”
